At BDSMate(the app brand name), we take users' privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains the type of information we collect, and how we use and protect that information.

When you download and install the APP (application), you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Service Agreement!
When you sign up to BDSMate, we collect the following: We collect personal data and non-personal data about you. "Personal Data" means any data that allows someone to identify or contact you.
We may require you to provide an email address and password to use the BDSMate App or other BDSMate Services.
In order to provide our features, we record the location of our users and prioritise virtual meet-ups between those who are in the same area and share interests. When you use the App, we only need you to provide your city and will not collect your latitude and longitude information.
This location information helps us identify your real-time physical location so that it can be displayed and shared with other members choosing to view "the same city" users.
We may collect certain software and hardware information about your Device. For example, we may collect an ID that is unique to the device or browser on which you install and/or access the BDSMate Services ("Device ID" and "Device", respectively).
We may collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. We also use cookies and URL information to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the information for which you searched and which you viewed. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer's hard drive while you are viewing a web site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your Device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on the BDSMate Services and to improve our marketing efforts, including through the use of targeted advertising. Persistent cookies we place may be removed by following instructions provided by your browser. If you choose to disable cookies, some areas or features of the BDSMate Services may not work properly.
When you send a message (which may include photos, audio) to other users of the BDSMate Services, we may retain the message for archival purposes or as otherwise allowed by law.
We may collect Personal Data from you. For example, in the BDSMate App, we may collect your photo, display name, relationship status, ethnicity, age or date of birth, location data(Non-positioning), email address, password for the BDSMate Services, height, weight, social network link, and any other information that you voluntarily add to your profile on the BDSMate App or that is generated through your use of the BDSMate Services. You may also have the option to provide information concerning health characteristics. Remember that if you choose to include information in your profile, and make your profile public, that information will also become public. As a result, you should carefully consider what information to include in your profile.
We collect information necessary to complete purchases. This may include, among other things, your name, credit card information, billing information, address, telephone number, and email address.
If you provide us feedback or contact us for support we will collect your name and e-mail address and possibly other Personal Data, as well as any other content that you send to us in order to reply and address any issue. When you sign up for the BDSMate Services, we may collect your email address to send you BDSMate news, BDSMate Services updates, the latest information on products and services, and third party offers.
We don't allow app content that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. We don’t allow app content that appear to promote a sexual act in exchange for compensation.
We will review your information (nickname, photo, moments, etc.) to ensure that it meets our requirements. If your information contains inappropriate content, we will delete it.
Other users will see your username, location, and any information you post on your Profile, including photos. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other BDSMate members to know about you - it can be as little or as much as you like.
You may only use other BDSMate users' information to meet new friends and make new contacts. It is strictly prohibited to use other users' information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. BDSMate reserves the right to terminate the accounts of those who misuse other users' information or who otherwise violate the Service Agreement. If you break the rules, you're out!
We don't think you'll ever want to leave BDSMate, but if you do, you can terminate your account at any time by going to the "Settings" control on app when you are logged in and choosing the "Delete account" link on the menu bar.
We will review your profile deletion application(no more than 72 hours). During this period, this account can be used normally and the deletion application can be revoked at any time.
Once the account is removed, the profile data will be erased from our database completely and can't be restored. At the same time, we will notify you by your verified email.

By BDSMate: Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within 48 hours of the transaction date.
We require users to be at least 18 years of age. We do not intend for anyone under the age of 18 to use any of the features or services we offer from BDSMate Services, and we certainly do not direct any of our content specifically at children under 18 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children's privacy online.
We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on BDSMate Services and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Services. If any changes are made to this Privacy Policy we will reflect the "Last Revised" date above. It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its service agreement.
